Abstract

Social media in Canadian employment law is an unassumingly dense topic. Part of the difficulty is that there are different and in some instances conflicting interests subsumed by the term social media. This is the setting for The Law Society of Upper Canada Special Lectures 2012: Employment Law and the New Workplace in the Social Media Age.
