Jurisdiction for Human Rights Violations on the Internet

Abstract

The lack of regional confinement is the Internet’s main characteristic feature.  Due to that the determination of jurisdiction for probable third party Human Rights violations is challenging. Existing regulations are strongly related to certain territories. This essay discusses a new approach from the US-American legal order including the aiming of the information.
